2. Return & Exchange Policy (Within 30 Days)

Customers can return or exchange products within 30 days from the date of receipt in the following cases:

  • Product has manufacturing defects (loose threads, rips, broken zippers, etc.).
  • Product is not as ordered (wrong size, color, or design).
  • Product is unused, with original tags, labels, and purchase receipt intact.

Please note:

  • Returns/exchanges are not accepted for used or washed items, or items damaged by the customer.

  • LUROS will cover one-way shipping fees for exchanges due to our fault.

     

3. Payment Policy

LUROS supports multiple secure payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Bank Transfer
  • E-wallets (Momo, ZaloPay, VNPay, etc.)

Bank transfer details will be sent upon order confirmation.

 

4. Shipping Policy

LUROS delivers nationwide via reliable carriers such as GHTK, VNPost, and J&T.

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–5 working days depending on location.
  • Shipping fee: Free for orders above 500,000 VND.

5. Product Warranty Policy

Selected LUROS items come with a 15-day warranty covering stitching and basic accessories (buttons, zippers...) from the date of receipt.

  • Users must not use our website for unlawful purposes or any activity that may interfere with the shop’s operations.
  • LUROS reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders if any fraud or policy violations are suspected.
